Grammy Briggs' Homemade Macaroni and Cheese.....
1 box small shells
1 block Cracker Barrel Vermont Extra Sharp )with the green label
1 8oz block of Velveeta
1 1/2 cups of milk
1/2 stick of butter
3 Tbls. of flour
Put water on to boil.
Cut cheese into cubes.
Melt butter in a sauce pan on low heat.
Once butter is melted whisk in flour 1 Tbls. at a time.
SLOWLY add the milk, whisking the entire time.
Toss in cheese cubes, stir VERY FREQUENTLY until melted and blended.
Remove from heat.
Drain shells, add cheese sauce.
HEAVEN IN A BOWL!
